Tabella: Supplement Tracker for iPhone
Enough, not more.
Tabella adds up the vitamins from every bottle you take and shows each one as a share of your daily target, with the upper limit marked. Take what you need, and know when it’s enough.

A day with Tabella
It shows up when you need it, and stays quiet the rest of the day.
Here’s what a Wednesday looks like with a multivitamin, vitamin D, a B-complex and vitamin C.
One reminder for everything that’s due.
You set the time once per slot, like “after morning coffee”. Tabella sends one notification listing every supplement due then. Tap Taken right on the lock screen and it’s logged.
- Time-sensitive, so it can get through Focus.
- Remind again up to 3 times, or snooze for 10 minutes.
- Next reminder is always visible in the app, with a Send test notification button.

A new bottle at the pharmacy? Check it first.
Scan the barcode or search by name. Tabella shows what the label says, what you already take, and the result in plain words before you add anything.
Vitamin D3 5,000 IU, 1 softgel
Multivitamin, Vitamin D3 2,000 IU
Product data comes from barcode and database lookups. When Tabella fills something in for you, it asks you to check it against the label.

See where today stands, as a share of your target.
Vitamin C is counted in milligrams and B12 in micrograms, so Tabella puts every vitamin on the same scale: percent of your daily target, with the target and the upper limit drawn as lines. Exact amounts sit next to each one.

Forgot one? Log it later, no guilt.
If something isn’t logged by 9 PM, you get one short summary. Missed yesterday? Log it for that day from History. Your streak doesn’t break and nothing turns red.
Tabella counts supplements only, not food. Food adds vitamins too, so your real daily total is higher than what you see.

Then nothing until morning.
Quiet hours hold every reminder until 7:00 AM. The app icon badge is off unless you turn it on, and it clears when you’re done.
- No streak flames
- No confetti
- No “you missed it”
- No points for extra pills
Calm by design
Small decisions that keep it out of your way.
No pop-ups at launch
Tabella asks to send notifications only after you add your first supplement, and only after you say yes in the app.
No passwords
Sign in with Apple, or get a 6-digit code by email. Your answers stay on your iPhone until then.
Consent you give yourself
Health details are saved only if you tick the box. It’s never ticked for you.
Undo, not “Are you sure?”
Logged the wrong thing? Undo it. Fewer dialogs between you and your day.
Ask once, only what matters
Each question changes your targets, and each has a one-line why and a “prefer not to say”.
Help when reminders don’t arrive
A “Not getting reminders?” guide walks through the iPhone settings that can block them.

Over time
More useful every month you use it.
Counting is day one. Over the months, Tabella keeps track of what’s running out, what your tests show, and what to bring to your doctor.
Know before it runs out
Tabella counts down your supply with every dose you log and tells you a week ahead: “Vitamin D3 runs out in 9 days.” Reorder from the store you choose.
Some store links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission. When a link is one, we say so right next to it.
Your lab results, over time
Add results from your blood tests, like vitamin D, B12 or ferritin, and see how they change next to what you were taking.
Tabella shows the numbers you enter. It doesn’t interpret them or make a diagnosis. Talk them through with your doctor.
A report for your doctor
One PDF with every supplement and medication, doses, schedule, history and lab results. Send it before your appointment or bring it along.
The report lists what you logged. It isn’t a medical record or a recommendation.
Part of the subscription. Supplies, lab history and doctor reports come with the plan after your 7 free days. Upper-limit and overlap warnings are never a paid extra.

What we promise
Clear about what Tabella does, and what it doesn’t.
Tabella does the adding up and the remembering. Decisions about your health stay with you and the people who treat you.
Tabella will
- Add up every vitamin from every product you log
- Show it against public reference values, and name the source
- Say “above upper limit” in plain words, on every plan
- Remind you at the times you choose
- Let you export or delete your data at any time
Tabella won’t
- Diagnose, treat or give medical advice
- Tell you which supplements to take, or how much
- Check how medicines and supplements interact
- Promise that a combination is safe when there’s no warning
- Push you to take more to fill a ring
Questions
Before you download.
Is Tabella medical advice?
No. Tabella tracks what you log and compares it with public reference values. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or recommend supplements.
My doctor prescribed a dose above the upper limit.
Mark the supplement as prescribed by a doctor. You’ll still see the numbers, and you can make its reminders always time-sensitive. Follow your doctor, not the app.
Does it count vitamins from food?
No. Tabella counts what you log from supplements. Food adds vitamins too, so your real total for the day is higher than what you see.
Can I add medications?
Yes, for reminders and history. They aren’t added to vitamin totals, and Tabella doesn’t check interactions.
What happens after the trial?
If you keep the subscription, nothing changes. If you cancel, tracking and reminders pause, your history stays readable, and export keeps working.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. Tabella is on iPhone only for now.
